Most of the time we get sick because our immune strength is week or our immune system deficiencies.


There are many ways to boost your immune strength, such as exercise, eating healthy, and of course medicinal plants.


Medicinal plants

Herbalism was the first form of medicine, since the ancient times.

Medicinal plants were used to treat various diseases. Today we are going to talk about Echinacea.


Origin

Echinacea originates from North America, it has tall stems, and bears single pink or purple flowers.


Medicinal properties

Echinacea has antiviral, antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. It is an immune system booster and it can be used as an antidote against colds, flue, and plethora.


How to use:

The whole plant can be used in form of tea, infusion oils or balms for insect bites and stomach cramps and urinary tract infections.


Home made tea

In a pot of boiling water, add 1tbsp of Echinacea loose tea, allow to step for 15-25 min and drink 2-3 cups per day.
