A Divine Whisper in Stillness
One morning, after listening to the Bible and entering into meditation and prayer, a divine thought came into my spirit like a gentle breeze:
If we are created by God, formed in His image from dust of the earth, could our blood - the very life within us - reflect the sacred elements He used to make us? Earth. Water. Fire. Air.
The whisper continued, and I knew it was a revelation:
Could the four blood types mirror the four divine elements of creation?
Formed by the Hand of God
Genesis 2:7 tells us:
"Then the Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being."
We were sculpted from earth, filled with His breath, Ignited by the fire of the Spirit, and washed clean by the living water of Christ.
We are not a coincidence.
We are sacred design.
Blood Types and the Elements of God
As I sat with this revelation, the alignment unfolded before me:
Type O - Fire: Passionate, instinctual, born to lead and break trails. Fire refines and purifies.
Type A - Earth: Grounded, nurturing, calm. Earth builds, shelters, and sustains.
Type B - Air: Creative, intellectual, free-spirited. Air. carries wisdom and breath.
Type AB - Water: Intuitive, rare, gentle, and deep. Water heals and flows between the physical and spiritual.
I am Earth.
I feel it in my bones, my heartbeat, my work with plants and healing. I came from the ground, and my restoration began when I returned to it- with herbs, soil, and prayer. But I was not truly healed until I surrender my life to Jesus Christ.
The Sacred Temple Within
Our culture has become obsessed with changing the body God lovingly formed.
Plastic surgeries, injections, filters, distortions-so many of my beloved sisters are hurting, hiding behind masks, striving to "perfect" what God already called very good.
Psalm 139:14 declares:
"I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well."
We were not meant to be reshaped by the world.
We were meant to be transformed by the renewing of our minds.
The Spirit reminded me:
Your body is holy. Your blood is sacred. your breath is Mine.
Jesus: The Source of True Healing
I have spent years learning the art of holistic healing-through food, herbs, deep-breathing, oils, and movement. And while all of these are divine tools, they are not the source.
Jesus is.
Healing began the moment I laid down my striving and picked up the cross.
He is the Great Physician-the One who not only heals the body but restores the soul.
"By His wounds, we are healed." Isaiah 53:5
"I am the way and the truth and the life." John 14:6
Everything I teach now flows through this truth:
Healing is not just physical-It's spiritual alignment with Christ.
Dear Sister, You Are Enough
If you're reading this and you've been doubting your worth...
Comparing your beauty...
Considering altering your face or your body...
Pause.
And listen for the still, small voice:
"You are Mine. You are radiant. You are already beautiful."
You don't need to match the world's idea of beauty.
And there is nothing more beautiful than walking in your purpose, your truth, and your natural divine design.
A Prayer Over You
"Father, awaken Your daughters. Let them see themselves through Your eyes. Restore what the world has tried to distort.
Breath Your Spirit over their minds, their hearts, and their bodies. Remind them they are fearfully and wonderfully made-crafted by Heaven's hands. And lead them to full healing through Jesus Christ, the true Light, Way, and Healer. Amen."
